By creating an account or using Highlite Venue you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You retain ownership of photos and videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Highlite Venue a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content to participants of the associated moment.
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or contains NSFW material.
We use automated NSFW screening and make best-effort attempts to block such content before it goes live and to remove it afterwards. Automated screening is not perfect: it may miss violating content or occasionally flag acceptable content. We do not guarantee that every upload is reviewed or that all violating content is caught, and we accept no liability for content that is not detected by these systems.
The owner of a moment is solely responsible for controlling who can access it. Highlite Venue gives owners the tools to manage this — you decide who is invited, and you can control which sessions are permitted to post media, view content, or both. Use these controls to restrict access to people you trust.
When you cast or display a moment on a TV, kiosk, or any other screen, you do so at your own risk. If a participant posts content that is offensive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable and it is shown on a casted or displayed device, that is the responsibility of the participant who uploaded it and of the owner who granted them access. Highlite Venue holds no responsibility or liability for content contributed by participants or for how, when, or where a moment is displayed.
It is the owner's responsibility to moderate their moment, remove inappropriate content, and revoke access from any session that misuses it.
Free tier
Moments and all their media are permanently deleted 60 days after creation. No recovery is possible.
Creator & Business tier
We make reasonable efforts to notify you at 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before expiry events. Failure to receive a notification does not waive the policy or entitle you to recovery or refund.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently erases your profile, all moments you own, all associated media, and all personal data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Highlite Venue is provided "as is". We are not liable for loss of content due to accidental deletion, service interruption, or expiry events where the stated notification was delivered, nor for content uploaded by participants or for how a moment is displayed or cast (see Section 4). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
